Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Super Vpn Free Unlimeted website, APIs, activation flows, and browser proxy Chrome extension (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Super Vpn Free Unlimeted.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you use Super Vpn Free Unlimeted on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Description of the Service
Super Vpn Free Unlimeted provides tools to help you route compatible browser traffic through encrypted proxy servers after successful activation. The Service includes:
- A public website for information, signup/welcome flows, download guidance, and related pages
- Activation code issuance and validation systems
- A Chrome (Chromium) browser extension that configures proxy settings for browser traffic
- Optional features such as an on-site speed test
3. Activation codes
Access to proxy credentials through the extension generally requires a valid activation code (or other authorized activation method we enable, such as a free trial when offered).
- Codes may be one-time use, time-limited, or otherwise restricted as configured by our systems or operators.
- Free trials and paid or promotional durations, if any, are enforced by our activation and admin tooling.
- You must not share, sell, auction, or publicly post unused codes without our prior written permission.
- We may invalidate codes that appear compromised, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Assignment of a code does not transfer ownership of Super Vpn Free Unlimeted software, trademarks, or infrastructure.
4. Acceptable use (summary)
You may use Super Vpn Free Unlimeted only for personal, lawful private browsing and other uses expressly allowed by our policies. You must not use the Service for illegal activity, copyright infringement, malware, attacks, spam, fraud, child sexual exploitation material, security circumvention, or unauthorized resale of codes. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension, code revocation, or a permanent ban.
5. Accounts, devices, and sessions
Depending on how you activate, we may associate your use with an email address, device token, subscription expiry, and usage metadata necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for:
- Keeping activation codes and device sessions confidential
- Ensuring information you submit (name, email, country, etc.) is accurate
- Not attempting to clone, spoof, or exhaust device limits to evade restrictions
- Promptly contacting us if you believe your code or session was stolen
We may limit concurrent devices, revoke sessions, or require re-activation to protect the Service. The admin console is for authorized operators only and is not a public support channel.
6. Intellectual property
Super Vpn Free Unlimeted, including the website, extension software, logos, text, and branding, is owned by Super Vpn Free Unlimeted or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension and website for their intended purpose under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), redistribute, or create derivative works of our software or content without permission, other than normal use of the published extension package as instructed.
7. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties (for example, email delivery providers, proxy infrastructure, or speed-test endpoints). Your use of those third parties may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all threats, or suitable for any specific anonymity, compliance, or enterprise requirement. Proxy connectivity can fail due to network conditions, blocking, configuration, or upstream providers.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER VPN FREE UNLIMETED AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Vpn Free Unlimeted and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or law, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing use of the website. We may suspend or terminate access—including revoking activation codes and banning accounts—at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and IP ownership) will survive termination.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify features, regions, pricing models, trial rules, or these Terms. When we update these Terms, we will change the effective date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process. If you disagree with material changes, stop using the Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Super Vpn Free Unlimeted’s primary operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.
